I was in a book shop today when I saw a middle aged lady looking at 5o shades of grey..I turned around and whispered “Don’t buy it”
About ten minutes later a saw her buying the Hunger Games trilogy instead..Thats my good deed for the day.

Went to see Brave today. The movie was great but the best part was sitting next to my 8 yr old niece and listening to her commentary.
*The wisps appear for the first time*
Nature girl (voice full of authority): Those always lead to your future or your death.
*Second time the wisps appear*
Me: What do you think future or death?
Nature girl: I don't know.
*Third time wisps appear*
Nature girl: I think it's doom this time.
Me: You think so?
Nature girl: I hope it's doom!
So let me end with the wish that you find the same kind of happiness, and...

Excuses.
The following is how I picture a face-to-face conversation between God and me.
Me: I know its been a while...
God: Yeah.
Me: So I'm not going to make an excuse this time.
God: Okay.
Me: I just don't know why it's been so difficult lately.
God: You said you wouldn't make an excuse.
Me: I'm not, but-
God: There you go again.
Me: Seriously, I'm only trying to understand what's been going on for myself.
God: That's your problem. It's not about you understanding it by yourself. If you're praying to me about it, then it has to be about us working together on it.
Me: Then why does it seem like every time I do look to you for help, I end up in the same place again.
God: Because I'm not saying I'm going to do everything for you! You're not a child anymore. You know what you have to do.
Me:
God:
Me:
God:
Me: I've been so busy-
God: No excuses.
Me: I'm tired.
God: No excuses.
Me: I'm annoyed with church.
God: No excuses.
Me: Fine, I just don't want to alright!
God: There we go. What are you afraid of? That it won't work? That I'm going to tell you to settle? That once you're golden I'm going to tell you to go to the other side of the globe? What is it?
Me: I guess it's that I don't know if I'm enough.
God: No excuses.
